  • Execute comprehensive month-end and year-end closes for income statements and balance sheets, including account reconciliations and in-depth general ledger (G/L) analysis.
  • Deliver insightful financial reports to the executive committee and partners on a monthly basis, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Lead the development of the annual budget and rolling forecasts, conducting monthly variance analysis to guide strategic decisions.
  • Partner with the finance team to ensure accurate revenue recognition processes and compliant reporting in line with GAAP standards.
  • Prepare detailed cash-flow reports, forecast weekly and monthly cash needs, and manage daily cash operations to maintain liquidity.
  • Drive Finance Department initiatives, including researching, planning, and implementing software upgrades, systems enhancements, and firm-wide improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team and partners to optimize firm-wide operations for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactively address challenges beyond your core duties, demonstrating initiative in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications for Assistant Controller
