Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations and Reporting

You will be at the forefront of maintaining impeccable financial records. A core duty is supporting the month-end closing process, where your attention to detail will guarantee timely and accurate financial closes. You will handle accounts payable and receivable functions, from invoice coding to collections, optimizing cash flow for the manufacturing operations.

Ledger Management and Reconciliations

Maintaining the general ledger with precise entries and recordkeeping is essential. You will prepare and oversee monthly bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies swiftly to uphold financial integrity. Compliance, Audits, and Process Enhancement

Prepare for external audits by compiling necessary documentation and ensuring full compliance with accounting standards.
