About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee month-end closing, specializing in Work in Progress (WIP), A/P accruals, and operational reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform in-depth financial analyses using project cost accounting systems, generating reports on project profitability and business unit performance.
  • Partner with Operations Leaders as a trusted advisor, demystifying P&L statements and recommending proactive measures for financial health.
  • Lead cash generation efforts by managing and developing the Billing and Credit & Collections team, implementing best practices for efficiency.
  • Direct the annual budget cycle and quarterly forecasts, fostering collaboration between operations and central finance for aligned planning.
  • Handle all Capex evaluations and restructuring payback analyses to support informed investment decisions.
  • Champion process improvements, including automation tools, strengthened internal controls, and cost-saving measures.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits by preparing and coordinating operations data.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Controller on compliance with local, state, and federal reporting standards.

Required Qualifications
