Oversee the implementation and optimization of essential tools such as QuickBooks, FloQast, Airbase, and Aleph, streamlining processes to boost productivity and reduce errors in a high-transaction environment.

Audit Leadership and Compliance

Lead comprehensive audit preparation efforts, enhancing documentation, strengthening internal controls, and achieving full audit readiness ahead of the 2026 milestone, while monitoring credit card transactions and enforcing budgetary controls.

Strategic Collaboration and Reporting

Partner with executive leadership to produce insightful financial reports, execute quarterly hard closings, and uphold robust financial governance. Provide expert advice on technical accounting matters, including ASC 842 (leases) and ASC 606 (revenue from contracts with customers).

Inventory and Vendor Management
