Role Description

As Assistant Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity for our property management operations. Key Responsibilities

  • GAAP Financial Statements: Prepare high-quality monthly financial statements in full compliance with GAAP standards, providing clear visibility into financial health.
  • Acquisition Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis on potential real estate acquisitions, evaluating viability and risks.
