Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve hands-on leadership in financial management. Key responsibilities include:

• Generating accurate and timely financial statements while coordinating audit schedules for multiple entities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Assisting in debt service budgets, monthly cash flow projections, and cash position analyses for a large portfolio of properties, providing critical insights for strategic decision-making.
• Managing intercompany payables, ACH disbursements, and self-held escrow accounts to maintain seamless cash workflows.
• Opening and managing new bank accounts as needed, alongside preparing weekly cash reports for Treasury and senior management.
• Overseeing and reconciling all accounting transactions for corporate entities, ensuring precision and audit-readiness.
• Providing auditors with aggregate schedules to facilitate smooth external reviews.
• Recording bi-weekly payroll and managing corporate credit card transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Reviewing distribution calculations for accuracy, securing approvals from Controller and CFO.
• Managing staff in the property accounting department, fostering a productive and skilled team environment.

Required Qualifications
