Key Responsibilities

As Assistant Corporate Controller, your scope will be expansive and rewarding:

• Partner with the Corporate Controller and CFO to oversee all corporate accounting operations, ensuring seamless execution across a high-volume environment.

• Drive accurate and timely financial reporting in full compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC requirements, and internal standards.
• Collaborate with operational leaders on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and key financial initiatives to support business decisions.
• Manage complex consolidations, technical accounting issues (e.g., revenue recognition, leases), and ad-hoc projects.
• Strengthen internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit readiness while mitigating risks.
• Champion process automation, ERP system enhancements (SAP/Oracle), and scalability efforts to accommodate ongoing growth.
• Support M&A integrations, due diligence, purchase accounting, and strategic expansion projects as the company continues its acquisition trajectory.

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, consolidations, and technical accounting matters.
