About the Role
In this full-time Assistant General Counsel position, you'll serve as a key legal advisor to senior leadership, focusing on renewable energy projects in the U.S. market. Based in vibrant Baltimore, MD, you'll handle everything from drafting Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and EPC contracts to navigating tax equity financings. Key Responsibilities
