Key Responsibilities

Core Litigation Duties

• Prosecute products liability cases on behalf of national plaintiffs, handling all phases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct depositions confidently and effectively, building a strong case foundation.
• Leverage trial experience as 1st or 2nd chair to drive successful outcomes in court.

Research and Case Management

• Perform in-depth legal research and draft compelling pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision.
• Manage junior cases efficiently, ensuring high quality and volume of work to maximize firm performance.
• Travel domestically, including out-of-state, for court appearances, client meetings, and case-related activities.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior partners in a growth-oriented firm, utilizing cutting-edge tools and resources to excel in plaintiffs' personal injury litigation.

Required Qualifications

Essential Legal Experience

• Active license to practice law in California, with proven experience as a litigator in products liability or personal injury cases.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct depositions; trial experience as 1st or 2nd chair is highly preferred.
• Exceptional research and writing skills, capable of producing persuasive legal documents under tight deadlines.

Skills and Personal Attributes

• Spanish language fluency is a significant advantage for communicating with diverse clients.
• Junior case management experience for entry-level base; advanced experience unlocks higher compensation.
