Key Responsibilities

Core Litigation Duties

• Independently manage a diverse caseload with autonomy scaled to your experience, handling everything from inception to resolution.
• Make regular court appearances, advocating confidently on behalf of clients.
• Oversee comprehensive discovery processes, including interrogatories, requests for production, and expert coordination.
• Lead taking and defending depositions, demonstrating sharp preparation and strategic questioning.
• Draft and argue law and motion matters, from routine motions to high-profile hearings.

Performance and Growth

• Target 1850 billable hours annually, with support from skilled paralegals and staff.
