• Review and prepare organizational documents, including certificates of formation, operating agreements, and governance structures critical to entity formation and transaction structuring.

Transaction Management and Compliance

• Apply rigorous bankruptcy-remote entity criteria aligned with SPE (Special Purpose Entity) standards, safeguarding transactions against consolidation risks in bankruptcy proceedings.

• Manage a high-volume transaction pipeline, prioritizing accuracy, timeliness, and quality in all deliverables to meet tight closing deadlines.

Collaboration and Client Engagement
