• Apply rigorous bankruptcy-remote entity criteria aligned with SPE (Special Purpose Entity) standards, safeguarding transactions against consolidation risks in bankruptcy proceedings.
• Manage a high-volume transaction pipeline, prioritizing accuracy, timeliness, and quality in all deliverables to meet tight closing deadlines.
• Ensure full compliance with Delaware statutes, federal regulations, and jurisdiction-specific laws impacting real estate finance.
