Key Responsibilities

Produce top-tier pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal memoranda that stand up in federal court. Manage discovery disputes and conduct/defend depositions with confidence and expertise.

Courtroom Advocacy

Represent clients directly in federal court, advocating passionately for their interests. Tackle specialized areas like maritime litigation, preemption doctrines, construction disputes, and transportation-related cases.

Required Qualifications
