Required Qualifications

To excel as our Associate Attorney M&A, you should possess:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an active Texas Bar license in good standing.
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in M&A transactions, corporate law, or related transactional practices at a reputable firm or in-house.
