Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Commercial Litigation Group, your role will involve:

• Managing all phases of litigation, including developing case strategy, pre-trial motions, discovery, and resolution through settlement or trial.
• Drafting high-quality pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and persuasive argumentation.
• Conducting in-depth legal research using advanced tools to support case positions and anticipate opposing arguments.
• Handling written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and responses, ensuring compliance and strategic advantage.
• Preparing for and conducting depositions of fact witnesses, experts, and parties, honing your advocacy skills.
• Supporting comprehensive trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness outlines, and mock arguments.
• Participating in court hearings, arbitrations, and trials, gaining courtroom exposure under seasoned partners.
• Collaborating on practice areas like business litigation, intellectual property disputes, and employment defense (representing employers).

Required Qualifications
