Key Responsibilities

Contract Management and Negotiation

Take ownership of drafting, evaluating, and negotiating essential contracts such as client agreements, vendor contracts, leases, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and master service agreements (MSAs). Your expertise will ensure all terms protect Robert Half's interests while fostering strong business relationships.

Strategic Legal Guidance and Risk Management

Required Qualifications

To succeed as our Associate Counsel, candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and maintain active membership in the Washington, DC Bar.
