Key Responsibilities

As Associate General Counsel, your day-to-day will involve:

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction contracts, with proficiency in standard forms like AIA and ConsensusDocs.
• Advising on compliance with FAR, GSAR, and other agency acquisition regulations, including procurement, bidding, and performance tracking.
• Managing construction-related insurance and surety matters, such as Builders’ Risk Insurance, Subcontractor Default Insurance, Surety Bonds, and Controlled Insurance Programs.
• Navigating government contracting processes for federal and state-funded projects, ensuring all documentation and notice requirements are met.

Required Qualifications
