Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and mentor Associates and Senior Associates, fostering their growth through regular performance reviews and workpaper evaluations.
  • Thoroughly assess the effectiveness of clients' internal controls, identifying risks and recommending actionable process improvements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex accounting issues, preparing detailed technical memos and meticulously reviewing financial statements for accuracy.
  • Ensure unwavering adherence to GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB standards, and the firm's proprietary audit methodology across all projects.
  • Effectively communicate audit findings, risks, and required matters to clients and those charged with governance, building trust and credibility.
  • Conduct in-depth research on evolving accounting and auditing standards, presenting clear conclusions to support decision-making.
  • Drive business development initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and optimize engagement profitability through strategic oversight.

Required Qualifications

To succeed, you'll bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; Master's preferred.
  • Active CPA certification (essential).
  • At least 5-7 years of progressive public accounting experience in assurance services.
