Key Responsibilities

Core Litigation Duties

This includes conducting thorough legal research using Westlaw or LexisNexis, drafting compelling pleadings, motions, and oppositions, and handling discovery processes such as interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.

Trial and Courtroom Preparation

Prepare meticulously for trials, including developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, creating trial exhibits, and arguing motions in court. You will work closely with partners to build airtight arguments that maximize client recoveries in high-stakes matters.

Client and Team Interaction
