Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of critical legal functions, including:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and business documentation to protect client interests.
• Providing expert guidance on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), entity formation, and partnership agreements to support business expansion.
• Managing all aspects of real estate transactions, from acquisitions and dispositions to financings and thorough title reviews.
• Ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing real estate and business operations in Colorado.
• Resolving disputes efficiently through mediation, arbitration, or litigation related to contracts, real estate, and transactions.
• Performing comprehensive due diligence, risk assessments, and supporting permitting, zoning, and land use initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to close deals successfully and on time.
• Remaining abreast of evolving business laws, real estate regulations, and market trends to provide proactive counsel.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this Business and Real Estate Attorney position, candidates must possess:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an active Colorado Bar license.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in business law and real estate transactions.
• Proven expertise in contract negotiation, corporate structuring, and real estate deal execution.
