  • Resolving disputes efficiently through mediation, arbitration, or litigation related to contracts, real estate, and transactions.
  • Performing comprehensive due diligence, risk assessments, and supporting permitting, zoning, and land use initiatives.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to close deals successfully and on time.
  • Remaining abreast of evolving business laws, real estate regulations, and market trends to provide proactive counsel.

Required Qualifications

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an active Colorado Bar license.
