Key Responsibilities

Core Litigation Duties

• Manage cases comprehensively from inception through trial, focusing on civil litigation and construction defect matters.
• Handle all aspects of discovery, including preparing for, taking, and defending depositions.

• Make regular court appearances, draft pleadings, and represent clients effectively.

Client and Case Management

Required Qualifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
