Key Responsibilities

As a T&E Attorney, you'll dive into high-impact work including drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, advance directives, and dynasty trusts. Manage estate administration from asset inventory to final distribution, navigating Surrogate's Court proceedings and creditor claims efficiently.

Client and Team Collaboration
