Key Responsibilities

Litigation Defense Expertise

Take charge of representing clients in premises liability matters, tackling claims from slips, falls, property conditions, and inadequate security. Extend your expertise to auto and trucking defense, managing accident litigation, arbitrations, pedestrian claims, rental vehicle disputes, and public transit incidents.

Construction and General Liability

Handle sophisticated construction litigation, including defects, breach of contract, indemnity, and injury claims. Defend against general liability cases like defamation, dog bites, assaults, and transportation issues for insureds and self-insured parties.

Insurance and Subrogation Leadership

Perform critical coverage analysis, draft reservation of rights letters, and litigate bad faith actions for insurance carriers. Lead subrogation from investigation to trial, maximizing recoveries, and defend dram shop/liquor liability cases involving alcohol service incidents.

Commercial Litigation and Courtroom Work

Required Qualifications
