Key Responsibilities

Probate and Trust Management

  • Administer both revocable and irrevocable trusts by collecting assets, preparing detailed accountings, and processing distributions to beneficiaries.

Client and Fiduciary Advisory

  • Provide strategic advice to personal representatives, trustees, and other fiduciaries on their legal duties, tax implications, and compliance requirements under Massachusetts law.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and court personnel to keep all parties informed and aligned.

Documentation and Compliance

  • Prepare and meticulously review probate pleadings, trust instruments, accountings, inventories, and all associated court filings.
