Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve a dynamic mix of courtroom advocacy, document drafting, and strategic client representation:

• Lead high-profile trial cases on complex business disputes, including contracts, partnership rights, unfair business practices, real estate conflicts, and tort claims.
• Defend a broad client base, such as real estate brokers, developers, financial institutions, debt buyers, and leasing companies in breach of contract, bankruptcy, and post-judgment enforcement actions.
• Specialize in creditor’s rights within commercial lending and leasing disputes.
• Draft critical documents like secured loan agreements, partnership contracts, LLC operating agreements, and commercial leases.
• Represent debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 liquidations and Chapter 11 reorganizations, managing petitions, claims objections, disclosure statements, and plans.
• Handle adversary proceedings and contested matters in bankruptcy court.
• Tackle commercial litigation in lending, leasing, real estate, and shareholder disputes.
• Defend financial institutions against regulatory violations and represent them across bankruptcy proceedings.
