Key Responsibilities

Business & Financial Planning

Take ownership of critical planning functions by leading the annual budgeting process in collaboration with accounting and operations teams. Conduct in-depth financial and operational performance analysis to deliver actionable insights that empower executive leadership. Support the rigorous assessment and validation of business plans, investments, and operational strategies to ensure alignment with long-term goals.

Profitability & Cost Management

Partner closely with Accounting, Production, and Supply Chain teams to perform comprehensive cost and margin analysis. Spearhead the development and evaluation of innovative pricing strategies, complete with impact modeling and ongoing performance monitoring. Proactively identify, develop, and implement cost reduction and productivity enhancement initiatives spanning sales, distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing operations.

Cross-Functional Business Support

Serve as a trusted business and financial thought partner to Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Production/Manufacturing teams. Expertly translate operational challenges into clear financial and strategic implications, delivering targeted recommendations for improvement. Foster departmental alignment around profitability-focused decision-making to drive cohesive organizational performance.

Liaison & Communication

Act as the primary liaison with global headquarters, ensuring seamless alignment on financial performance, budgeting, and strategic objectives. Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain consistency and transparency in financial reporting. Facilitate effective communication and alignment with affiliated entities and external partners as needed.

Executive Decision Support

Prepare compelling analyses, presentations, and recommendations for executive and leadership meetings. Provide objective, data-driven perspectives to advise executive management. Balance near-term results with long-term organizational goals, while taking on special projects and additional duties assigned by leadership.

Required Qualifications
