Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Operations and Product teams to identify, document, and solve complex WMS and backend system challenges, ensuring operational continuity.
• Provide expert software analysis and requirements for operational implementations, including EDI, shipping methods, WMS systems, and automation tools.
• Coordinate data transfer and API troubleshooting, acting as a key liaison between vendors and internal Product Team members for precise technical communication.
• Design, execute, and oversee rigorous system testing and validation processes, especially in sandbox environments for WMS or supply chain applications.
• Support integration projects with external vendors and actively contribute to requirements development to drive project success.
• Conduct detailed business intelligence and data analysis to identify critical issues related to customs duties, postage fees, and operational expenditures, preventing financial losses.
• Actively contribute to operational technical system requirements for platforms like Quickbase and CMMS.
• Troubleshoot and analyze software issues related to fulfillment and other operational technologies, proposing actionable solutions.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this Business Analyst position, candidates must bring:

• 4+ years of experience supporting or implementing software systems, ideally in product management or business analysis roles.
• 4+ years combined experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), supply chain technologies, EDI implementations, or similar domains.
• Proven experience performing rigorous software testing and validation in Agile environments.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and communicate API functionality effectively.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills to translate complex requirements across diverse teams.
• Robust analytical and technical troubleshooting skills, with the capacity to propose clear, actionable solutions.
• A collaborative, solution-focused mindset, capable of managing projects independently from conception to implementation.
