Partner closely with procurement teams to assess key cost drivers, including minimum wage hikes and fluctuating material prices. Quantify inflation recovery potential and document transparent cost recovery methodologies to facilitate fair pricing adjustments. Regularly review BOM and cost structures to maintain alignment with evolving inputs like labor and materials.
Analyze foreign exchange fluctuations and their ripple effects on material and labor costs.
