Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations stakeholders to elicit detailed business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to uncover pain points and opportunities for ERP enhancements. Perform thorough gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current systems and desired functionalities.

Process Documentation & Modeling

Document existing processes using industry-standard tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN notation. Create comprehensive process flows, data models, and user stories that serve as blueprints for IT development teams. Ensure all documentation is clear, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.

System Support & Implementation

Support end-to-end ERP implementations, including configuration, testing, and go-live phases. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support. Drive continuous improvements by recommending optimizations based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact between business units and IT, translating complex operational requirements into technical specifications. Facilitate regular status meetings, manage change requests, and ensure project timelines are met without compromising quality.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this ERP Business Analyst role, candidates should possess:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, preferably within ERP and operations environments.
• Proven expertise in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Strong domain knowledge in finance, accounting processes (e.g., GL, AP/AR, procurement), and supply chain operations.
