Key Responsibilities

• Draft and file O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW petitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with USCIS standards.
• Prepare and respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), incorporating thorough legal analysis, precedents, and compelling supporting evidence.
• Review, edit, and refine petition narratives, exhibits, letters of recommendation, and expert opinions for maximum persuasiveness.
• Conduct advanced legal research on immigration regulations, case law, and policy updates to inform case strategies.

Required Qualifications

To excel, you need proven, hands-on experience in business immigration, particularly O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW petitions. Key requirements include:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 3-5+ years of direct experience drafting and filing extraordinary ability and NIW petitions, including successful RFE/NOID responses.
• Exceptional legal writing skills demonstrated in high-volume settings for tech or corporate clients.
• Deep knowledge of USCIS procedures, evidentiary standards, and two-part NIW tests (Matter of Dhanasar).
