Key Responsibilities

Process Mapping and Optimization

Develop detailed current and future state process maps, pinpointing gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create process flows and use cases that streamline operations and enhance user experiences.

Stakeholder Alignment and Delivery Support

Facilitate alignment across Product Management, Development, QA, and business stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure mutual understanding. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) by creating test cases, executing validations, and resolving issues.

SME and Change Management

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Global Portal, ensuring consistency across products and regions. Partner with change management teams for training, knowledge transfer, documentation, and successful adoption of enhancements. Track delivery with Product and Program Managers, mitigating risks and managing scope changes.

Required Qualifications

To excel as our Business Systems Analyst, you need proven expertise in business analysis methodologies, including BPMN process modeling, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart. A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is required, with 5+ years of experience in senior business analysis roles, preferably in digital portals or customer platforms.
