  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve optimal cost savings while upholding quality standards.
  • Analyze quotes, cost structures, and total cost of ownership for data-driven sourcing decisions.

Strategic Collaboration and Compliance

  • Monitor market trends, industry news, and emerging technologies to inform forward-thinking sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders like engineering and finance to align procurement with business objectives.
  • Ensure all materials and services comply with quality specs, internal policies, ethical standards, and regulations.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI), engineering changes, and make-versus-buy analyses from a procurement lens.
  • Utilize MRP/ERP systems for accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting of material requirements.
  • Develop reports and analyses for supply chain leadership, while spearheading cost-savings initiatives through spend analysis.
