Key Responsibilities

In this writing-focused position, your expertise will drive success in plaintiff employment litigation:

• Draft persuasive motions, oppositions, replies, and supporting briefs for employment disputes including wage-and-hour, discrimination, and wrongful termination cases.
• Perform in-depth legal research using Westlaw or LexisNexis to support motion practice strategies.
• Collaborate virtually with trial attorneys to refine arguments and ensure alignment with case objectives.
• Revise and polish legal documents for clarity, compliance with court rules, and maximum impact.
