Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance & Advisory

Provide expert counsel on SEC regulations, CFTC rules, Dodd-Frank Act requirements, and international frameworks affecting swap dealers. Proactively monitor changes, such as updates to swap margin rules, and evaluate their implications for ongoing and new activities.

New Product Development & Client Support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch innovative financial products, identifying regulatory hurdles early. Streamline global client onboarding and deliver strategic guidance to senior executives, fostering compliant growth.

Risk Mitigation & Regulatory Engagement
