Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to maintain accuracy, transparency, and compliance with GAAP and healthcare-specific regulations like HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement rules.

Operational Excellence and Analysis

Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives, providing executives with actionable insights for data-driven decisions. Identify revenue opportunities and cost-saving measures, enhancing profitability while scaling operations efficiently.

Stakeholder Engagement and Compliance

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including auditors, insurers, vendors, and banking institutions. Deliver compelling presentations to board members and stakeholders, distilling complex financial data into clear recommendations. Champion compliance with all federal, state, and industry regulations.

Team and Process Development

Mentor and supervise a small, high-performing finance team, fostering growth and efficiency. Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, implementing scalable processes and technologies to support rapid business expansion.

Required Qualifications

To excel as our CFO, you need a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with an MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced credential highly preferred.
