About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a wide range of critical tasks:

• Lead network rebuilds and maintenance using Cisco Meraki switches, routers, Cisco firewalls, and Tailscale VPN for remote access.
• Transition from Citrix and Parallels RAS to cloud-based solutions, optimizing VPN and data center infrastructure.
• Perform patch management, scheduled network and server updates, communicating timelines to stakeholders.
• Manage systems administration for VMware environments, Windows Server support, O365, Exchange Online, Azure, SAN storage, and Active Directory.
• Handle alerts, ensure SOC 2 compliance, and prepare for audits as the key compliance driver.
• Execute PowerShell scripting for automation and drive end-to-end projects with strong ownership.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure team on cloud builds and migrations out of legacy data centers.
• Work flexible off-hours as needed while flexing your weekly schedule for work-life balance.
