Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive legal loan documentation, including promissory notes, security agreements, personal guarantees, UCC filings, collateral monitoring, and insurance records.
  • Oversee the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of treasury management products such as ACH payments, wire transfers, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Positive Pay, and online banking configurations, including limits and dual authorization controls.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and serve as the primary product administrator for core technology platforms, managing upgrades, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system integrations.

Operational Risk Management & Compliance (15%)

  • Maintain and update departmental policies, procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal controls to align with evolving regulatory expectations.
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, banking regulations, and internal policies.
  • Lead remediation efforts for findings from internal audits and external examinations, driving timely resolutions.
  • Track, report, and manage policy exceptions to sustain audit-ready operations at all times.
