Key Responsibilities

Documentation, Onboarding, & Administration (70%)

• Champion a client-focused culture by setting expectations, managing staff performance, and delivering consistent high-quality service to meet client needs.
• Execute daily processing tasks for loan products and treasury management services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs), publish performance dashboards, and continuously evaluate processes for enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with Credit teams, Relationship Managers, and Compliance to align operations with broader business objectives and regulatory mandates.
• Drive client growth initiatives and expand service offerings across multiple business lines.
• Cross-train team members to provide consistent coverage, foster skill development, and build a resilient department.
• Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive legal loan documentation, including promissory notes, security agreements, personal guarantees, UCC filings, collateral monitoring, and insurance records.
• Oversee the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of treasury management products such as ACH payments, wire transfers, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Positive Pay, and online banking configurations, including limits and dual authorization controls.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and serve as the primary product administrator for core technology platforms, managing upgrades, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system integrations.

Operational Risk Management & Compliance (15%)

• Maintain and update departmental policies, procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal controls to align with evolving regulatory expectations.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, banking regulations, and internal policies.
• Lead remediation efforts for findings from internal audits and external examinations, driving timely resolutions.
• Track, report, and manage policy exceptions to sustain audit-ready operations at all times.
• Develop and implement robust fraud prevention strategies and risk mitigation measures to safeguard client assets and uphold regulatory standards.

Process Optimization & Technology Enhancement (15%)

• Conduct regular reviews of operational workflows, identifying opportunities to recommend technology-driven improvements for enhanced quality, efficiency, and control.

Required Qualifications
