Lead the design, development, and management of sophisticated API and integration solutions that connect enterprise applications to Azure-based infrastructure. Implement industry-leading best practices for API security, scalability, and performance optimization, with a focus on legal technology applications. Architect and maintain integration workflows leveraging Azure Logic Apps, API Management, and Azure Functions. Proactively monitor and troubleshoot integration performance to guarantee 99.9% uptime and reliability. Collaborate closely with Application and Security teams to ensure all solutions align with business objectives, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough capacity planning and scalability assessments, while producing comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
Serve as the central integration authority, facilitating seamless communication between infrastructure, application, and security teams. Partner with DevOps and Infrastructure groups to integrate CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes. Champion secure integration practices through advanced authentication mechanisms, encryption protocols, and compliance frameworks in tandem with the Security Team. Provide expert-level technical support for integration-related incidents and assist project teams with architecture reviews, performance optimization, and strategic planning. Maintain governance documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to build organizational capability.
Engineer high-performance integrations and data workflows across core technology platforms, deploying and fine-tuning Azure integration services for maximum efficiency. Automate complex workflows using PowerShell scripting and Terraform infrastructure-as-code practices. Coordinate with networking, security, and application teams to enable hybrid cloud and on-premises integrations. Oversee end-to-end rollouts, including pilot testing, change management, and production deployment. Drive process optimization by identifying automation opportunities via Azure Automation, Logic Apps, and custom scripting. Stay ahead of Azure enhancements, emerging integration technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance performance and innovation.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, coupled with 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud integrations and API development. Deep proficiency in Microsoft Azure services—particularly Logic Apps, API Management, Functions, and Policy—is non-negotiable. Demonstrated success in legal technology environments with emphasis on security, compliance, and scalability is essential. Expertise in automation tools like PowerShell and Terraform, along with CI/CD methodologies, is required.
