Key Responsibilities

Cloud and System Management

• Manage and maintain cloud-based systems to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability across hybrid environments. This includes provisioning resources, optimizing configurations, and implementing disaster recovery strategies.

Windows and Active Directory Expertise

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Active Directory and Windows Server environments, handling user authentication, group policies, and domain controller maintenance to support enterprise-level operations.

• Provide expert technical support for Windows 10 systems, resolving user issues, deploying updates, and ensuring endpoint security compliance.

Virtualization and Hardware Support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support Citrix technologies, enhancing virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery for improved user experience.

• Perform system upgrades, patches, and proactive maintenance on Dell Technologies hardware, including servers, storage arrays, and workstations.

Networking and Documentation

• Monitor and manage network infrastructure with Cisco devices, configuring routers, switches, and firewalls to guarantee seamless connectivity and minimal downtime.
