• Leading negotiations and providing expert advice on contracts with federal, state, and local government agencies, with strict adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements, including subcontracting and flow-down provisions.
• Collaborating with business development, compliance, and procurement teams to identify, assess, and mitigate contract-related risks amid evolving regulatory landscapes.
• Offering strategic guidance during the entire bid and proposal lifecycle, including interpreting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to maximize win rates.
• Proactively identifying risks in contract formation, performance, administration, and dispute resolution, while implementing robust mitigation strategies.
• Maintaining comprehensive contract records, ensuring alignment with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
• Staying ahead of developments in government contracting laws and regulations to enable proactive compliance and risk management.

Required Qualifications
