• Leading business unit onboarding to commission payments processes within NetSuite and Oracle Fusion ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration across departments.
• Developing robust business processes to validate vendor information accuracy, promptly escalating issues to requesting teams for resolution.
• Training the commission payables team on validating payment amounts against supporting business data, enhancing accuracy and compliance.
• Partnering with financial analysts to troubleshoot and resolve incomplete payment files efficiently.
• Proactively following up with business teams on uncleared payments to minimize delays and financial exposure.
• Creating and distributing comprehensive aging reports for businesses with incomplete transactions, driving accountability.
• Performing detailed reconciliations of commission expense general ledger accounts against business requests and actual bill payments.
• Tracking and reconciling abandoned and unclaimed property accounts to maintain compliance and financial integrity.
• Reconciling 1099 reportable amounts for commissions processed through payables controls and business units, ensuring IRS compliance.
• Providing expert support to stakeholders, resolving payment inquiries and concerns with clear communication and solutions.
