Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute health and wellness events, handling all logistics from scheduling to execution. Coordinate building repairs with the Facilities team, maintain meticulous inventory of supplies and promotional materials, and monitor center traffic for optimal service utilization. Conduct routine inspections to uphold equipment quality, manage space for safe classes and activities, and collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging programs. Shine at community events—set up sales booths at festivals, holidays, and cultural gatherings to showcase benefits and boost enrollment.

Required Qualifications

To excel, you must be bilingual in Korean with fluent speaking and comprehension skills essential for authentic support. Bring proven customer service expertise, ideally in health care or senior services, along with sales experience in customer-facing settings.
