Reporting to Compliance leadership, you will collaborate closely with Fraud, Internal Audit, and Operational Risk teams to identify issues, summarize findings, and execute action plans independently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling approximately one consumer complaint per week: intake, research, triage, fact gathering, risk assessment, and documentation review.
  • Crafting clear summaries for leadership and executing end-to-end resolutions.
  • Supporting audits by organizing evidence and preparing responses.
  • Tracking audit findings to closure with cross-functional partners.
  • Monitoring regulatory changes, summarizing impacts, and recommending next steps using AI tools.
  • Maintaining meticulous trackers and documentation.
  • Assisting with high-risk reporting, vendor inquiries, and issue management.
  • Performing root-cause analysis with policy-aligned documentation.
  • Collaborating across teams for consistent execution.
