• Generate monthly reports for the construction department and handle budget revisions accurately.
• Support audits and tax preparations by compiling detailed schedules and transaction-level documentation.
• Maintain organized, accurate accounting records with comprehensive supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with construction and development teams to ensure financial reporting aligns with project goals.
• Take on ad hoc projects, contributing to broader accounting initiatives and process improvements.

Required Qualifications
