Executive & Administrative Support

  • Deliver personalized administrative assistance to the Vice Chairman, managing calendars, travel, and correspondence.
  • Handle daily tasks for the Aikens Family Office, including scheduling, document preparation, and confidential communications.
  • Provide flexible support to project teams on developments like Village of Rochester Hills and Sakura Novi as needs arise.

Leasing & Development Support

  • Generate detailed demographic reports using industry tools to inform leasing strategies and site evaluations.
  • Design and produce professional marketing packages, brochures, and property info sheets to attract tenants.
  • Liaise with architects and designers for level of detail (LOD) drawings, site plans, and customized lease plans.
  • Distribute tailored marketing materials to prospective tenants and track responses.
  • Organize trade show logistics, including booth setup, materials, and travel for events in Las Vegas, New York, and beyond.

General Office Operations

  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for projects, tenants, leasing docs, and office records.
  • Order and distribute business cards, stationery, envelopes, and employee supplies efficiently.
  • Track and replenish office and breakroom inventory, negotiating with suppliers as needed.
  • Oversee plant/flower services and resolve any vendor issues promptly.
  • Monitor shared email inboxes (info@rbaikens.com, leasing@rbaikens.com) and route inquiries effectively.
  • Offer basic IT troubleshooting for staff and support tools like printers and software.
  • Assist in managing corporate communications, including website updates and social media content calendars.

Required Qualifications

To excel, candidates should have 3+ years in administrative roles, preferably in real estate, construction, or development.
