  • Conducting in-depth discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production.
  • Drafting persuasive motions, oppositions, and trial briefs with meticulous legal analysis.
  • Representing clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings, advocating for optimal resolutions.
  • Collaborating with clients to devise proactive strategies, anticipate risks, and deliver solutions-focused results.
  • Handling matters such as construction defects, delay claims, payment disputes, mechanic's liens, and design professional liability.

Required Qualifications
