• Evaluate and recommend 1–2 optimal construction PM/estimating platforms from leaders like Procore, Buildertrend, Stack, PlanSwift, and Bluebeam
• Lead full-cycle implementation including system configuration, workflow design, and customization
• Design specialized workflows for change orders, cross-job scheduling, project photo organization, and safety documentation
• Develop comprehensive training programs for office staff and field superintendents
• Provide hands-on support during go-live phases to ensure seamless adoption
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations post-implementation

Required Qualifications

Successful candidates bring 5+ years of construction technology consulting experience with proven success implementing PM/estimating systems.
