Key Responsibilities

Contract Review and Drafting

Take ownership of reviewing and drafting a wide spectrum of agreements, including master services agreements (MSAs), amendments to customer contracts, requests for proposals (RFPs), commercial and residential leases, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), subcontractor deals, and vendor contracts.
