Conduct thorough assessments of risks, benefits, and consequences for proposed contracts. Present data-driven alternatives and solutions to management, while advising on legal risks and mitigation strategies for remediation activities and general services contracts. Your insights will be instrumental in protecting the company's bottom line.
Deliver formal and informal training sessions to staff on contractual issues, legal risks, company policies, and compliance requirements. Foster collaboration with business units to enhance contract process understanding, identify improvement opportunities, and support negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners to minimize risks.
To succeed in this Contracts Attorney role, candidates must hold a law degree (JD) from an accredited law school and possess proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts.
