About the Role

As Controller, you'll be the financial backbone of this private equity portfolio company, reporting directly to senior leadership. You'll oversee a team handling everything from payroll and 401(k) administration to complex tax coordination and monthly closes. Key Responsibilities

Your leadership will span critical functions:

• Build and coach a high-performing accounting team, fostering accountability and growth.
• Direct Credit & Collections (CFS) and AR processes for optimal cash flow.
• Safeguard assets, records, and documents with rigorous controls.
• Refine accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls for efficiency.
• Lead treasury functions, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
• Oversee payroll accuracy, compliance, and 401(k) plan administration.
• Champion Sage Intacct utilization, delivering real-time business intelligence.
• Manage insurance policies, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Own the monthly close, producing precise financial statements on time.
• Coordinate annual audits as primary external liaison.
• Handle tax oversight, partnering with firms for filings and planning.
