  • Ensure employees complete at least two trauma-informed trainings every twelve months
  • Mediate personnel conflicts with respect, dignity, and understanding of secondary trauma impacts
  • Implement strategies to prevent, minimize, and support recovery from workplace stress and secondary trauma
  • Maintain fidelity of trauma-focused interventions and ensure assessment tools screen for trauma exposure
  • Conduct regular bi-weekly documented supervision meetings with supervisees
  • Plan and deliver training related to accounting expertise and program needs
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of general ledger processing and maintain chart of accounts
  • Conduct monthly and year-end general ledger closings and prepare internal financial statements
  • Manage accounting for restricted assets, coordinating with Development department including qualitative balancing
