Key Responsibilities

Oversee the timely completion, review, and documentation of monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations. Maintain general ledger accuracy and support a streamlined financial close cycle. Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, and other departments to prepare executive-level monthly and quarterly reports that inform strategic decisions.

Team Leadership and Process Optimization

Ensure your accounting team is fully staffed, trained, and equipped to meet operational demands and reporting deadlines. Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial policies and procedures. Champion process improvements to boost efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls, leveraging technology and best practices to transform the financial reporting cycle.

Audit Support and Special Projects

Guide the Corporate Accounting team through external audits, providing documentation and insights for seamless compliance. Required Qualifications
